About Leni
I am a Product and UI/UX Designer born, raised, and live in Indonesia. I have worked in the design industry since 2017 and my work focuses on human-centered design.
Human-centered design aims to create designs that improve all aspects of human life, such as efficacy, well-being, accessibility, and sustainability.
My clients come from many industries such as medical research, traffic engineering, and entertainment. My research style mainly immersing myself and observing the problem and how human feels, then comes the ideating, prototyping, and testing the idea until it is proven to actually solve the problem.
Working Style
As a product designer, my main goal is to create products that benefit the user greatly. I believe in our part as a human to make everyone's life better.

-
Research to start off the project.
-
Before ideate, make a competitive audit.
-
During the ideating process, I often collaborate with the developer because it is important to consult technicality in implementing our idea. Once we agreed upon the idea, we then create the design and did initial testing before moving on to the development.
-
I and the QA team will do testings before performing a usability test.
-
When we got the feedback and usability test result is out, we then would iterate the design to make the product perfect by repeating the process back from the ideation step.
Core Values
I have three core values that I always hold on to.
-
Getting to know users, the problem, and test the solution are extremely important.
-
Sometimes we need to push engineering capabilities in order to achieve a better user experience.
-
The user interface is important but it's not everything. I believe in the beauty that's more than meets the eye.
-
We should never manipulate users for our own benefit.
